Just run the programme you downloaded, do as it says. Having never had this Trojan (As I use COMODO which is far superior to AVG) I merely googled the name of it on your AVG pop-up and it provided the link I posted here.

Also try the turning off the virus prtection after the download if problem not solved.

Do NOT do this until you are sure you have removed the Trojan. Advice like this is very dangerous, it could potentially destroy your current install entirely.
