Honestly should not be a thing, if this is a possibility, which it wouldn't be as Tommy stated earlier, it would raise the downloading times unnecessairy long and would make new players leave the second they join the server for the first time. (I would too as people could also just place aniem HQ shit skins)

I posted the same sort of suggestion like a page or two back but I feel like it could work if admins had to manually approve the skin mods if you submitted them through the UCP.

You'd have to provide a screenshot of the skin IG and if you abused the system and tried to get a skin that wasn't on the screenshot submitted, you'd be banned from using the feature.
Tommy already denied this suggestion, hard luck bud.
 
I am up to make some skins for RCRP, most of you probably didn't see me before, but I've been making skin in other servers. If anything, PM me up and I'll send some photos of the skins. :)

You bet me to it. For the different numbers, I was going to just create the textures and let Tommy use SetObjectMaterial to apply them to the same model.

That is the best solution, I have already seen people talk about creating different textures on objects just to change a little bit of text.

However in that situation it is just best to set the object material and set text on it.

That sounds easy to do, but would most likely not have any collision mesh because that'd pop the bodies above the white tarp.
