I'd suggest, start with the current SAMP skins, and just re-make them with different clothing styles, different body types, shorter, taller, fatter, skinnier, winter clothes, summer clothes, bikini's/trunks, dresses, suites and so on. I'd go with that before making entirely new skins for the public, and this would be easier to make, as they already have a skin to base it off. This would also add more variation to the server, so it's less likely for two people to have the same exact skin with the same clothing.

New official faction skins, also with variations in height and weight. Not just a single model for each skin.

Maybe, let players above a certain level, 40/50/60/70 or whatever it may be, request a custom skin for their character, and put it in the server. However, don't restrict it to only the player who requested it, make those skins available to donator level 4 as another donator benefit.

Custom jewlery objects, earings and other piercings. Maybe tattoos? Gloves, hats, shoes, purses/bags/backpacks.

Different styles of boomboxes(Bluetooth speakers) that can be selected in the electronics store.

New clothing items for house furniture, to fill in closets. Bongs, pipes, new dildos

Dog bots that follow the player around. :luvrcrp: Horses, cows, animals in general.

Shal I continue?
supporting that, except the boombox thing
Why not? Different and smaller boomboxes can be very handy as you can rp them as bluetooth speakers as no gangster walks around with boomboxes, atleast in 2017

Again, mods cannot be added without permission from the author. Also the only file types that can be added are TXD and DFF, so mods that edit game values are impossible along with vehicles as they require handling lines.
If this is true then rip the buildings and furniture mentioned in the original post. They'd require .col files to go along with them.

I'm sure they can be added as standalone objects of sorts, people have managed to import maps from other GTA games. I've not really messed around too much with the new SAMP update but it's very possible.

Not too sure if it was asked in the thread, but does this allow you to add more skins to be used on the server, or just replace already existing ones?

Also, like some people have said, being able to adjust our own textures for our characters would be amazing, it's JUST enough customization to now be abused, and if it is (old hunchback women with cocks on her face for example) i'm sure punishments could be dished out, no need to spoil potential.

It adds new skins, doesn't replace.

But can both be done?

New colour schemes for the already existing police models for example.

Nope, it installs mods into another directory, so you're unable to replace current skins. But extra police skins can be added and used instead of the current ones so there's not really any disadvantage.

Sounds good, and is there any limit on how many skins can be added at the moment?

Sorry about all the questions, been out the loop.
