The apartments aren't that bad
The Italians tend to stick by the cafe
And Captain's Court remains nice?
I mean overall I still consider Rockshore a nice place, definitely not a "shit hole"

I only say bums because of lack of industry. Most normal people don’t live in trailers or visibly deteriorating homes. Thanks for the compliment, though.

I wouldn’t consider Rockshore nice by a long shot, not anymore. A crappy apartment complex wouldn’t surround the Captain’s Coury homes, either. Certainly those homes would go down in tremendous value. On the other hand, Shore Street has been falling apart for awhile. One end has two closed shops, a closed bar, porn store, a strip club, and a gym. When you go down the line, the center of Shore Street is as nice as it gets with the cafes and what stores aren’t closed. Plus, being that close to the docks, you’re not really going to be getting the nicest area. When driving out to Rockshore East, Stiffman Gardens is a gated community that certainly is about the nicest thing it has to offer. With a grocery store and a hospital around the corner, it’s nice. Then you look around and see a bunch of vacant plots, and a dead construction project. Lastly, Rockshore’s had a steady theft/break-in issue for awhile, and on top of that, there’s been public shootings that’ve led to murders. I hope I cleared this up for why Rockshore’s reputation isn’t as great as it’s supposed to be.
