Registration and Character creation problems.

Registration E-mail won't go through.

I don't use this acc and I'm trying to make a new one, but I've made four different accounts and on each one, the registration E-mail does not go through.

What's up with it?
Also, how do I create a character.

If you mean forum account, May I ask why you need another one? Try checking your junk folders - What email provider are you using?
