You may not kill players without a valid reason to do so, and that reason must be up to roleplay standards. Violent actions come with consequences, and clear consideration of these consequences should be clearly reflected in the actions.
Deathmatching is when you are killing / inflicting injuries upon a player for a reason that does not justify such extreme actions, or without a reason at all.
Murders/shootouts/brawls are to be be fully roleplayed.
Examples of poor justification for violent actions include receiving verbal threats, being approached by an LEO for a minor offense (such as a traffic infraction), or being minorly inconvenienced by another player (a traffic accident, cutting them off while driving, etc.). Escalating low-stakes situations like these to a level of murder or serious injury via a weapon is unacceptable.

Note: Copbaiting also falls under this rule.
“Copbaiting” is the term used for the deliberate act of luring law enforcement officers into unnecessary confrontations. This involves committing offenses or other actions that provoke police involvement without a valid reason. Set in a Cali-like environment, realistically home to thousands of sworn officers, our rules reflect this setting by prohibiting unruly behavior toward officers, unless warranted.
Examples include:
- Intentionally insulting officers or damaging police vehicles without a justifiable cause.
- Performing illegal acts, such as reckless driving or speeding, specifically to trigger a police chase or an active situation. An example of this would be Interrupting a felony stop to question the officers' actions or attempting to initiate a rescue by force.
- Criminals intentionally approaching police rather than fleeing, solely to instigate a chase or shootout that could have been otherwise avoided. The objective is to navigate public spaces inconspicuously. In a scenario where four gang members are in a vehicle, each armed or carrying illegal substances, the imperative is to avoid police interaction entirely. This means driving in strict adherence to traffic laws to prevent being stopped. The caution exercised should not be limited to situations where a police officer pull-over is imminent but also situation that might attract the attention of law enforcement.
