Edited, added Skye's snow RPing guide and the SnowFX CLEO mod.
Remember: You are not allowed to use any other CLEO mods. This is an exception for the winter RP.

Epic! And perfect timing too, it just started to snow in my country xD
Edit: would I need to install both or just SnowFX?

You can install both or just one. You choose, they're not dependent on each other.
