Problem with my e-mail in the UCP

Alright so my email was used and god knows why and how it got used as I never registered on this server before, and that's where I made a fake email to register a dumb email that I only used to register on the server and make a char. Today my application got processed and I forgot my game password so I had the option to change my e-mail which I did and it still states my fake email I used to register with how can I get my pass??
