Possible DDos?

Right so, for the past week I've experienced times when my ping on RCRP has reached over 18,000. Are there obvious signs of DDOS I should know about, and is there anything besides changing my IP (Which I cannot do currently) to stop it?

1) Does this ping increase happen on any other server or just on RCRP?

If it happens on other servers then it's your internet.

2) What is your internet speed? speedtest.net .

3) How long has this been happening?

4) Have you tried restarting your router?

My internet slows extremely whether doing forum work, facebook, RCRP, or any other SAMP Server. It'll go back to normal, then slow, go back to normal, completely disable, etc.

Are you using the internet connection solely? Like; are you getting the full speed?

If not, then you gotta contact your customer service, and get an explaination.

Maybe you're on a limited/slow mega-bite internet system? If yes, try upgrading to the higher level, etc..

20 Meg a second internet, it's near top tier.

Does this happen when other people start using the internet in your house? A DDos seems very unlikely..

Do you have anything uploading or downloading in the background? I.e. Torrents seeding.

Oh.. Yeah, I had something similar to this, and it was gone by the time I bought a new router.
