Packet loss and desync.

Each now and then I get huge packet losses and desync after playing for 5 Minutes during a session, logging out and logging back in after 30 Minutes makes it good back... For 5 minutes and have to repeat the process. This issue doesn't appear on any other server what-so-ever, be it SAMP or any other games / browser. I seen people had the same issues some months ago, yet this is still the case for me.
