[Owner(s)/Management] Concerning my owned property

Hello there Tommy, I've left the server about a year ago, even though I left I still logged in every once in a while.
now that I want to join the server yet again I noticed my house and businesses have been removed.
I was wondering if you could return (if I have the right) those assets back to me.
I understand that the house and businesses are probably already owned.

If I have the right to the properties I have owned, and there's not a way to return those to me, could we maybe come up to another solution?

I'll respond for you to save each other's time. Unfortunately, as stated on the refund guidelines, if an asset was taken through inactivity wipes, they will not be refunded back under any circumstances:

No refunds for lost assets in-game or stats
If you have been inactive and lost a house, business, or your in-game stats, they will NOT be refunded to you under ANY circumstances.

Refund will be archived.

Regarding lost assets from a wipe.
If you go inactive for 30 days or more without logging in then all your assets are eligible to get wiped. In this circumstance NO assets will be refunded
