Old account help

Afternoon chaps,

I started playing RCRP when Alec Roe run the show. Been on and off for a while. I came to login yesterday and i cant seem to get into my account. I still have the same gmail i use for my accounts and i haven't changed my password.

I created another master account to check is my account is still active and i can find my character. I can provide some information if needed.

My email should be the same as my account email.
