Red County Roleplay IRC
[legend=#4E66AC Introduction ]whiteDo you remember the old internet days where you communicate with random strangers in a form of text-based chat? Well you might have heard of IRC (Internet Relay Chat).
It's been a while since Red County Roleplay had an IRC channel, and we're bringing it back! The IRC channel can be used to communicate with other community members that are also connected to the channel. It's like the forum minichat minus the annoying spam timer! You can talk about almost anything on the IRC channel - treat it like it's an out-of-game global OOC chat.
All community members are welcome on the official Red County Roleplay IRC channel, but please behave or you might lose the right to join.[/legend]

[legend=#4E66AC Connecting to #rc-rp ]whiteThis is an IRC, therefore you'll need to have an IRC client.
There are several IRC client software programs available for Windows, such as mIRC and HexChat.
To connect using mIRC:
- Add the server to your server list (irc.tl);
- Choose the server by double-clicking on it;
- Choose a name;
- Click "OK";
- Enter "#rc-rp" as the channel name;
- As soon as you're connected, say hi!
If you don't want to install any program on your computer, you can use a web IRC client that will connect you to the channel using your browser. Just click this link, choose a name, and you're in![/legend]
