[NOTICE] SSL has been implemented on the UCP

SSL is now fully implemented on the UCP and will be forced by default for security reasons. This has been requested before and implemented due to automated payments/donations since the last UCP update.

There shouldn't be a noticeable difference, it does all the things in the background making sure that no one is able to perform a Man-in-the-middle attack or can read private information.
