New Character, Wrong Look

So I'm new to this place, and I looked for awhile on how to do this. But I'm RPing as a black 23 yo with a rough start. But when I logged in he turned out to be this white old guy. Does everyone start looking like this? What do you do to change it?

Hi there,

Every player first spawns with this skin. You're going to want to head over to a clothes store, known as "locals only" or "little ladies" on Red County Roleplay, for example: Montgomery Locals Only. There's one in just about every town.

If you're having trouble finding one, you can always buy a GPS from an electronics store and use /navto locals only.
