Need to Retrieve UCP Username

Hi there, It's been a long time since I've last played here and I can't quite seem to remember my login username for my UCP account. Can someone help me retrieve it? Thanks.

The character account Ijaz Hussain is linked to the master account name "Gino_Bondi". Let me know if you have any other issues!
