[NEED LEAD ADMIN]

I need a Lead Admins help Please I was banned and got unbanned by Ramiro, but something wrong happened and there seems to be a glitch, It still says I'm banned, Ramiro said that only a lead admin can fix this so please any lead admin help. :(
