me too! Well it can run SAMP alright.. its just... WHEN IT DOES THE HEAT HAZE/FOG/RAIN IC it goes to about 20fps.

And low FPS means me busting a nut and/or bad RP'ing...

Any one know of a mod that will make heat haze etc go away? who needs a gay ass blurry effect anyway? Im too busy RP'ing a stoner anyway!

You may wish to repost this down to the GTA / SAMP section as there is a whole set of threads that discuss mods, i am pretty sure you will find one there.
