Need Help for putting a motion avatar

Hello. I can't put an avatar on the forums that includes motion.

Why???


Because on the forum it says upload from the machine.



I need a way to upload from a site or copy the code from another site so I can put the avatar on here.

If your looking to make the image move in motion look for a moving picture with a file extension ".gif". if you right click save picture as and save it to your desktop or wherever, you can use as an Avatar when you edit your profile. If you want to make your OWN .gif file I can't help you there, I don't have any of the programs.
