Forgotten master account passwords no longer require a support ticket as the password recovery feature has been added.
You can either goto http://redcountyrp.com/login/recover_pass.php or just click the link on the MA login page.
If you get emails about changing your password when you didnt actually request one then you should cancel the request and report the IP to an admin if you see fit.
