I sent my Master Account registration and the srver crashed. How can i know if someone received it ?

You should be able to check the status of your master account application by attempting to log into your master account on the website.

Sorry to hear that, it may be that some of the RCRP services going down caused it to be lost, so sending another may be the better option.
