Master Account problem

Hello,
I made a master account application yesterday, but accidentally hit the enter key,
before I could type anything. I basically send an empty application.
And now I'm not allowed to re-apply.
That's my problem and any help would be great.

Either I'm to dumb to find the right button to write a message, or I really can't send one because I only registered before a few days. It says:
"We are sorry, but you are not authorised to use this feature. You may have just registered here and may need to participate more to be able to use this feature."

Tell you'll need to post more or alternatively go onto TS and attempt to talk to one of them there.
