Master Account marked as suspicious

I've tried logging into my Master Account via the website and it says it's been marked as suspicious. It tells me to answer my security question but I can't seem to remember the answer since it's been a while. Any way I can pass that?

I'm having the same problem, create a support-ticket and/or speak to an administrator which can do such (TommyB or an Lead Administrator).
