So I tried to log in using Justin Hicks and it registers Justin as the master account so I can't log in.

That is fine then. In the SAMP program, type on Justin. Start the server, login and then tap on Justin_Hicks.

Let me know if it worked. If it didnt , I can give you other solutions to your problem.
