No (In-Real Life) Money or owned Items are to be used to buy (In-Game) accounts/items/etc..

Since in Rule 20, it states:

20.
In game objects may not be sold for Real life cash.​

Selling in-game properties/money/vehicles for real life cash, or buying properties/money/vehicles with it is not allowed.
Selling Master accounts or Donator Levels for real life or In-Game cash is also strictly prohibited.
