Hello,last time, I played on RC:RP about six years ago, at that time there was no master account, but there were only names Firstname_Lastname for login.
Can I restore my account?

You must create a master account on the UCP, and pass the quiz process. Once you have done that, you will be granted the option to add an existing character, of which you can link that character to your master account.
