[Management] Can i get a fix on a account?

Hello ladies and gentleman i am here to ask a favor if my account can be removed on the current IP as i want to starr over have probatly only 2 playing hours and haven't been active for a year at least. Or if i could get login information back, but preffered the first one

All though someone decides for me to make me keep my account my email will be pm'ed to the assisting admin.

And if i get decided my account can be completely removed i will forum pm or mail the assisting admin aswell.

(I am realy sorry if i posted this on the wrong place)

Hello there.

You will need to make a support ticket on the UCP which can be accessed here.

You will need to log into it using your MA name and password (what you use to access the server) and then look at the menu on the right hand side and go to support tickets Your ticket should be replied to within a few days.

That's just about the problem i cant login ;/

Or i can use password recovery but idk where that i located.

Simply type in your email address and your password will be emailed to you.

Well i got my password changed but it wont let me log in, with email or my Master account name... cant log in

Hmm.. Odd, are you 100% sure you're using the correct MA name and password? If so then we'll need the help of management here.

I am sure mate i tried to join the server with the name it was valid but not the password.. and the email is right aswell
