Alright so, my MA name is Darnell_Johnson and I can't log on because of this, and when I try to go on the support tickets sections it says currently unavailable, help please..

Hi There.
If your MA name is the same as your In game character name this is most likely the problem. The only thing you can do is create a support ticket. If the support ticket page is currently unavailable my advice would be to keep trying the page every so often to see if it has become available.
Once you manage to make a support ticket there is no way I can tell you how long the admins will take to respond, as far as I am aware there are only a few admins who deal with support tickets, When those admins become available I have no doubt that your problem will be solved!
