MA ? PLease help

just wondering if alec could politely fix the master account problems that i seem to be having, ive tried to make a master acc twice, and it said soeey you did not meet our requirments when clearly i looked at every single question and answer from the forums, i even gave a long and detailed discription of everything that had a short answer. can someone please tell me why it keeps doing this?

Q: My master account application got denied, what can I do?
A: If your application was permanently denied, the admin who handled your application doesn't think that you meet our requirements. He/she should have added a reason. If you were denied temporarily, all you can do is to wait until it expires and then revise whatever you were requested to and resubmit it.

You're not allowed to keep on making more accounts if your first one gets denied. If you got denied twice, then you obviously doesn't fit here. Bye.
