[MA Admin] Master account doesn't exist?

Sorry I don't know if this is the right section for me to be posting this in, but this is pretty much my first time posting for the reasons mentioned. The problem I'm facing is the fact that my master account doesn't seem to exist, when I'm pretty sure I'm using the right name, along with the correct format. My master name is: Clinton_Dyer; I've tried using, Clinton_Dyer, aswell as ClintonDyer -- but no luck.

PS: Haven't played the game in a while, but I'm pretty sure I was not banned or anything of the sort. If someone can give me some help or guide me into the right direction, it'll be more than appreciated.

Need to get back into this server, missing it like crazy
