Maybe my accout is disabled or something?

Ah.. I regret to inform you that I have never experienced this bug before, so I won't be able to help. This should be tagged for a UCP Tester/Administrator, I suppose. ;|

I've spoken to Smally our UCP developer. By any chance, have you tried clicking "create" on the far left?
