Lost Master Account information

Alright, i use to play RCRP 24-7 last year. Well towards the end of the year, i lost everything i owned in a fire, including my computer. Now, i just bought a new computer. Im trying to get back into playing but when i went IG, it said my master account didnt exist? When i went to go log onto my master account, the information i used last time, doesnt work. Were all the accounts wiped? i recall having 3 accounts. Andrew_Hawkins, Dale_Labonte and Deandre_Terrance. As you see, im also a donator. Is there a way to get all my information back?!
