loggng in problems

i log in my master account name but it tells me it doesn't exist i just registered and accepted the email and clicked the link

Sorry to here you're having this issue. Have you actually created any characters? Or is it just the master account you have created.

Also, be sure you're definitely logging in with your master account name.

This most likely means you're not entering your master-account name correctly, ensure you're using your master-account name (i.e RadBrad38) and not your character name (i.e John_Johnson) - you'll be automatically prompted to select a character once you've logged in with your mater-account name.

If you've definitely been accepted into the server and you're not making any typos when entering your master account name, I'd suggest making a support ticket in the UCP.
