I have a strange feeling that your Master Account name is the same as your IG Character's name.
You need to make a support ticket to get the name of your Master Account changed, as you aren't able to log in if the name of your Character/MA are the same.

Like the ThePasst said it's because your MA username is the same as your character's name.(viewtopic.php?f=799&t=78780)


You should submit a support ticket requesting your MA username to be changed to something else.
