[Lead Admin+] Forum account retrieval

I just got back into RCRP after a 6 month break.

This is the forum account I had before going AFK IRL:
memberlist.php?mode=viewprofile&u=30121

I have no idea what credentials I used to make that account, but I am interested in recovering it.

How would I go about doing so?

Did you try sending the Forgot Pass to your email? If you don't remember the email, do you at least remember all the emails you've used in the past year?
