Yes, they are, but not automated binds, my recomendation is KeyBinder v2.0, it's very easy to use.

Keybinds are allowed; however, don't use them to abuse, such as making an automated bind for /fish or once to do a command every few minutes to bypass the kick system. Also, the rules touch on the types of binds you're allowed to check so, have a look there and familiarise yourself with the rules.

Hello, and good morning, yeah the Keybinds are allowed, you can find one here.

Some times players trying to check their keybinds, and it's spamming the global chat.
it could be lovely if you trying your keybinds in another server, to not spam ingame.
