Is this mod allowed?

Hey all,

Long ago I stumbled upon an interesting modification called the Manual Transmission mod. Now, it is a cleo, but I am not sure If I am allowed to install and use it. Its name is self explanatory, its a mod that allows you to drive in stick shift with your vehicle. Is this mod allowed to be used on the server?

I think this would be great for driving RP, especially for ET.

Tested it on a different server, mod sucks tbh. It also can stop you from going 120mp/h to 15mp/h in a second. Doubt it'll be allowed.
