Well I can get IG without any problem now. Someone must've unbanned my IP.
 
Yeah. I know what the issue was. Basically, the hacker joined the game with your MA name and then hacker whilst on the MA screen, when he was banned it banned all IPs associated with that account, including your own (at least I think that's what happened) and so, last night someone else had the same issue and I /unban'ned the MA and it seemed to have worked for them, so I can only guess that the same happened to you.
