Is it possible for an admin to delete my forum account and master account: Rasklart, along with all of my RCRP character's?

I am sorry to hear that you've decided to step away from Red County Roleplay nad that you take such measures to leave it behind your back. Hopefully you'll return some day.

Straight to your question, you may delete your Master Account characters by visiting and logging in at http://www.redcountyrp.com/login, and then clicking the red cross on the far right end of every character bar. Regarding your accounts being deleted, you'll have to create a support ticket by clicking the left icon below your characters information.

It appears as the user hasn't logged since the date of the topic creation. The topic is going to be locked and archived now.
