Everytime I try to acess Redcountyrp server it keeps on saying that I am banned from the serverr in a garyish colour. I tried accessing another server and I was able to acess it. I would like someone to help me ASAP as I wanna play redcountyrp. Thank you inadvance.

Did you change IPs recently?
Your name isn't on the ban list, your IP might've been caught up in a range ban.

Uninstalling and re-installing SA:MP or GTASA?

That's a SAMP bug, restart your router/modem and it should work.
That's still because SAMP used a global database for range bans, when the big cheater/hacker wave was around SAMP in 2007/2008
