I Will Not Stop Crashing

Ever since the car mods were enabled, I have been getting op-codes as I enter any town, or I am just driving. When I try to RP, I crash. I crash when exiting interiors, and crash other ways as well. I am currently re-installing San Andreas. Hopefully, it will work after the re-install. If it doesn't, please try and help me.

Can someone explain me what op-codes are?

The op codes can be caused by CLEO Mods, Non Moddable car mods ect. The are the small codes that pop up on your In game text saing Warning Op code blah blah blah.

I don't even have CLEO right now, and the only thing I had was ELM. I have a lot of client side mods.
