So I did the application process and when I had it done, I went to sleep. The next day (as today) I logged in and it somehow restarted. If I could get some information or some help about it, then it would be great.

The reason why your application was denied is because your OOC location that you said was incorrect. You're from Estonia, but both of your applications said England and Spain respectively. The first section is OOC information, the second section is where all of your IC information should go. If you re-submit your application with your proper country of residence then it is more likely going to be accepted.
