I posted ban appeal like 10 days ago and there's not any replays. So nearly how many days should I wait to see it?

Depends on the Administrator, be patient, and don't bump the thread.
It'll get dealt with eventually.

Some Administrations are very busy and cannot really check them immediately, be patient and it will be dealt with.

Indeed, he has a lot on his plate as the server owner and ban appeals aren't the top of his priorities. Rest assured though that he will answer your appeal, sooner or later.
