Try to create a ticket on our RC-RP Support Ticket system, which can be found in this link. Take note that you have to wait for at least 24-48 hours before our Head Admins respond to your ticket.

Okay, i did that but no one responded to it and more then 48 hours have passed

Well, your next option is to poke Alec, Jazz, or Crazy Phil on the RC-RP TeamSpeak Server. Just ask for a follow up about your ticket, give them your ticket number, then you're good.

If that didn't work, try to forum PM Jazz or Crazy Phil. For faster response, write your ticket number, account name, and everything that they need to know on that message box of the forum PM.
