I can't log in,why?

When I login and write my name correctly it says to me to make a main account as if I am new one but I am not,why?
 
Try logging in with your Master Account name, meaning the one you use to log onto the website. Hit me up with a reply if this fails :) but it should work.

If I made so in which character it will login?
 
You'll be lead into the character selection menu where you'll be free to choose what character you desire.
Any further questions ?

I am from my mobile now.

EDIT:My friend has the same problem and his main account name is like someone character name.
Example his main account name is 123,there is someone with this name IG 123.
What can he do?

Create a support ticket and get your account detail changed. (MA)
 
It would appear that your Master Account application is still in review by an administrator who left the server a long time ago. I will speak to Alec and hopefully he will be able to make the proper adjustments so your application may be reviewed by another administrator.
 
I logged in with my master account name and it worked
