Hello Kevin, do you mind describing what's on your screen when you press the 'create' button? I've never encountered this problem before but the only problem I can think of is if you haven't taken the roleplay quiz yet.

No ! i toke the roleplay quiz and all the 10 answers were right ! my problem is when i press the ( Create ) button nothing appears pr happens ! that is the problem

You passed the quiz indeed, but your application has been temp-denied twice for lack of effort. You have to resubmit it and have it accepted in order to be able to create a character and play. Remember to put more effort into it than you did previously.
