I Need help with the UCP account i want to make a new one because i totally forgot everything from the other acc i got on this IP
and is says This IP is already in use and i am the only player in the house.

Hello there Antoni, your brother can't create another Master Account due to their being a limit of one master account per household. Although, there is no need to worry, you can follow this guide to understand how to request 2 Master Accounts on one IP Address.
