I can not send PM's to people, can an admin help me?

I simply cannot send PM's to people because there is no button for it.

Depends on who you're trying to PM. If you're trying to PM Alec, you can't because he has his PM's turned off.

I thought you needed a few posts first before you were able to start PMing people.

You need 10 posts to be able to PM, I believe.
