How to become an Helper / Helper Mod?

Sorry for question, but I would to become it and I dont know how.

Now that people started PM'ing me and posting here, i decided to make a topic about it.

I'd like to inform you, that we've decided to change the recruiting process entirely. That being said, we'll start selecting the helpers, instead of making them apply.

Do NEVER ask ANY Administrator if you can be one, just wait until you get selected. We won't have many helpers, not to mention helper MODS....

How to be selected?

A few prerequisites :
1. Vast knowledge of the server inside and out
2. Good/Acceptable English and grammar
3. Being active on the "Help" and "Technical Support" boards are a plus
4. Always willing to help

Help levels 1/2 in game, admins should spot you doing that.

A few days ago I talked with Jazzy about new Helpers system and he said that he is still working on it.

Supposedly the helper/helper mods gets chosen like if it were you being invited to hitman faction icly..
(reputation etc)
