First go to any of these websites below:

1) TinyPic
2) Imageshack
3) Photobucket

Mainly, I prefer the first one. All you have to do is click the button "Browse" and find your image.
Then choose the size. Then click the button Upload Now. Type the Spam code thingey. Wait till the upload is done.

Then copy the IMG code and paste it into forums.
And wallah'.
